Recovery and Results

We routinely accept patients with BMI between 32 and 40, evaluated individually. Higher BMIs are considered on a case-by-case basis with additional medical clearance. Our hospitals have bariatric-rated OR tables and equipment.
Many clinics require BMI under 30 because of insurance restrictions, lack of bariatric-rated equipment, or surgeon inexperience with plus-size cases. ALO Aesthetic specializes in this population — our surgeons have performed hundreds of plus-size tummy tucks.
